Free and Confidential Counseling In the United States

National Suicide Prevention lifeline 1-800-273-TALK (8255)

Provides free and confidential emotional support to friends, families, and people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calls are routed to the nearest crisis center in a national network of crisis centers that provide crisis counseling and mental health referrals day and night.  Courageous Kids is a grief support program for youth (1st-12th grades), and their families who have experienced the death of a loved one. Since 1995, over 4000 people
have participated in Courageous Kids’ weekly support groups, theater troupes, and summer camps.
